Hello fellow rotor heads,

This year we have a some exciting meets that we hope you will enjoy...

The dates are not setup yet, but these are the meets we are working on

• Parts meet:
  • in the spring (this will be our 3rd parts meet with OSTC) every year it gets bigger and bigger. Mazda and Toyota parts.
  • Date:TBA

• Memorial Drive:
  • (important note on our Parts Meets sponsor: Our sponsor who graciously lends us his lot to do the Parts Meet every year. His son died in a tragic accident and OSTC is coordinating with the community to do a memorial cruise)
  • This will be a huge cruise so if you enjoyed coming to the Parts Meets please join us to pay respect.
  • Date:TBA

• Drive-In Movie Theater Meet in Connecticut:
  • Come join us and experience the past when people drove their cars into a large lot and watched a movie.
  • Hang out prior to the movie, possible major event
  • Date:TBA

• Cruises:
  • We will have random cruises Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, day or night...in the NY, CT area
  • Date: Random Dates

• Function 7 Meet:
  • This summer in between car shows and events we will head out to a Function 7 event. I spoke to everyone in VMRC (those who were present at the meeting) and they all agreed to attend one of these events. Hard to get these old schoolers to head out far, I'm trying chuuch!
  • Date:TBA

• Orchard Beach Meet:
  • Our NYC meet to hang out with our fellow NYC, NJ, Rotor heads.
  • Date:TBA

• Rotor Mania:
  • VMRCs own car show. This year it will closer to NYC.
  • For those who traveled last year, we appreciate your time and effort to join us.
  • Date:TBA

• OSTC Car Show:
  • Hopefully everyone in the NY, CT, MA, NJ...knows about this car show. If you dont, than its time to check it out. One of the biggest well organized Import car shows in the area.
  • Date: TBA, August

• Trunk-or-Treat Meet:
  • decorate your trunk and give out candy to the kids. Come in your costume, prizes, etc...
  • I'm working on this to make it a nice event
  • Date: Sunday, Oct 31, 2010

• Possible Dyno Meet:
  • Anyone that wants to help on this one let me know
  • Date: Its a possibility, have not had time to look into it

Thanks to everyone who showed up at the meeting and special thanks to DJ Nada who volunteered to help us for coordinate with other events.

If anyone has anything to add please dont hesitate. I would like to be more organized this year with other peoples event, including E-Town and Atco.
